In line with this growth, we are urgently looking for a suitably qualified candidate to be based at Head Office in Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur, for the following position:-

ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:
  • Handle full set of company accounts including maintaining and administering all General Accounting functions, Accounts Receivables/Payables and Fixed Assets.
  • Preparation of financial reports, that is balance sheet, profit and loss accounts, cash flow statements, etc.
  • Oversee the credit control function by managing proper debt collection and credit terms.
  • Prepare financial forecast and budgetary reviews and ensure strong management control.
  • Assist in preparation of reliable and timely monthly management reports and financial statements.
  • Responsible for overseeing Account Payable and Account Receivable processes.
  • Update and reconcile Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Accounts schedules.
  • Assist in the month end closing process ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
  • Attend periodic management meetings to discuss major company issues.
  • Contribute to management decision making by providing financial information and advice.


Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills. Able to work independently, mature, self-motivated and strong analytical skill.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision and meet reporting deadlines.
  • Familiar in accounting software and microsoft applications. Knowledge in ACCPAC software is an added advantage.
  • Experience in manufacturing based accounts, audit, taxation matters and financial reporting, financial planning, forecasting & budgeting and cash flow management.
  • Priority given to candidates who are able to start work immediately / 3rd September 2007


RECEPTIONIST CUM GENERAL CLERK

Responsibilities:
  • Attending to incoming phonecalls, forwarding to respective persons and taking messages
  • Manage meeting rooms schedule
  • Manage the incoming and out going mails
  • Attend to walk in guests
  • Other ad hoc duties as and when required
Requirements:
  • Qualification of SPM and above.
  • At least 1 years experience as a receptionist
  • Pleasant and presentable.
  • Must be able to converse well in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese dialect is a bonus
  • Able to operate MS office applications
  • Must be able to start work immediately
