Responsibilities:

• Establishing proper accounting procedures and system to record all transactions accurately and promptly
• Formulate, review and implement internal accounting controls and procedures such as cash flow management, costing, budgeting, tax planning and reviews
• Preparing costing and analysing variances. Ability to lead, coach and supervise subordinates
• Prepare financial forecast and budgetary reviews and ensure strong management control
• Oversee and managing day to day business operations effectively
• Establish reporting & Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) and ensure successful implementation and smooth operations
• Attend periodic management meetings to discuss major company issues
• Contribute to management decision making by providing financial information and advice.

Requirements:

• Degree or professional degree in Accountancy/Finance
• CPA, CIMA, ACCA or MIA holder is preferably
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience
• Conversant with the latest Financial Reporting Standards
• Positive and pro-active attitude
• High degree of integrity, maturity and pleasant personality
• An independent and dynamic individual with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to handle tight reporting deadlines.
