General Job Descriptions:
  • Maintaining and servicing the state distribution network of advisers and business partners
  • Accountable for advisers and referrals recruitment into the network
  • Day to day support of the distribution network including conducting sales trainings, presentations, seminars and clients meetings
  • Achievement of state distribution targets across all product lines and KPIs
  • To meet the skill standards as determined from time to time
  • Meet agreed revenue and retention targets for the individual panel, contributing to the overall state retention
  • Minimise expenses and have all reasonable work related expenses approved by Manager
  • Keeping abreast of all industry research, products and changes
Job Requirements:
  • High energy drive and self-motivated
  • A team player
  • Demonstrates flexibility with hours and puts in extra effort including outstation travel when required
  • Responsible and matured thinking
  • Able to speak and write fluent English
  • Master of other language or dialects will be an added advantage
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in financial services or banking industry
  • CFP or RFP qualification will be an added advantage

  • Analyse, make comparison and research of all life insurance products including takaful, that SFP carry
  • Maintaining and servicing the state distribution network of advisers and business partners
  • Accountable for advisers and referrals recruitment into the network
  • Day to day support of the distribution network in risk insurance area including conducting sales trainings, presentations, seminars and clients meetings
  • Achievement of state distribution targets across all product lines and KPIs
  • To meet the skill standards as determined from time to time
  • Meet agreed revenue and retention targets for the individual panel, contributing to the overall state retention
